Good design is a result of f ine balance between form and function. Snezana’s wide experience and talent has helped her fast climbing career.
While and after her studies she had an active role in fitness as instructor for 10 years, and this experience helped her develop leadersh ip skills as well as better understanding of the sports based environments.
Snezana is described by her coworkers and designers as conf ident leader,committing fully to her projects, passionate with always clear vision. She has been loved for her humanity and smile on and ott work.
Snezana has established her self as Interior Designer f irst in Serbia for 8 years and then in last 4 years in MENA region.Taste of modern sophistication runs trough her designs while she is always looking for interesting and eye catching details. After
f inishing Master Degree in Architecture,and working for 8 years in companies for unique, custom furniture and interior design, she received experience for details and materials in wide range of projects from retail, sports and residential.
In 2014 she worked on “fast track” project of Sheraton Resort & Convention Hotel renovation in Doha,which gave her major experience in hospitality design and was her f irst project in MENA region.Hospitality has always been the most demanding f ield for any designer.
The most important experience Snezana had was working for world No.1 hospitality giant design firm from Los Angeles, Studio HBA Office in Dubai where she worked on wide range of 3,4 and 5 star hotels. Her biggest and most demanding project was award winning design for Hard Rock Hotel Dubai, 101 floor high rise with a view over the Dubai Marina.Design for this Hotel was most challenging as of huge amount of coordination was needed, from art. lightning,signage, 3d rendering teams,drafting teams, landscape, memorbilia, etc. Her role in the company was to lead team of Dubai based designers and coordinate design with teams in Bangkok, Singapore, India, Phillipines,USA, while meeting clients,consultants and hotel operators. High standards of HBA International developed Snezana’s designed skilled even further.
One of the highlights was certainly working on the Dubai Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum Library Interior Design concepts.
After fast track life in Dubai, she has moved back to Doha working on number of residential and hospitality projects within company from Doha.

Jessica is most commonly described as “a passionate trainer with a rare love for people,” and her ability to teach employees, leaders and organisations how to inspire people. With a bold goal to help build a organisation in which the vast majority of people go home everyday feeling fulfilled by their work.
Jessica discovered her passion for people development at Virgin International, one of the world’s most innovative and creative brands for staff development. During her nine years’ Jessica designed and facilitated end-to-end corporate training and development programs in conjuntion with ‘C’ level executives. With a flair for travel and embracing new cultures Jess was headhunted to work in Middle East with Gold’s Gym to set up their MEA Learning and Development department. The purpose of the role was to build a sustainable learning and development division to promote a ‘hire from within’ philosphy while reducing attrition rates and improving company culture.

Developing and acquiring a variety of different skillset, in a career of personal growth from Coach through Manager to COO, Robert gained unique experience in Fitness Industry both as “student” and as leader. By his own words, Robert describes his career as “interesting journey with fortunate mix of passion, dedication and belief”. Fitness First Middle East, Gold’s Gym Middle East, have been just a couple of big names with whom Robert has learned everything about managing people and business, club operation and strategies. His latest experience in specialized fitness boutique studios gave a special note on his career. With an experience ranging from big international chains to local brands; small boxes to big boxes; traditional fitness businesses to specialized studios; high end luxury offering facilities to basic set up fitness facilities, Robert has helped numerous businesses to find their way, and helped to bring investors vision to reality.

A former pro- sporting athlete, Nathan was a 4 x New Zealand Kick Boxing Champion and has a 3rd Degree Dan Black Belt in Karate; this started his journey as an all-round facilitator and group training fitness coach.
Nathan was part of the start up team for Fitness First Middle East in 2006 and held the position of Leadership Manager and Master Trainer for 12 years.
As one of the most influential contemporary health and fitness leaders, Nathan is a trained AIE facilitation educator who has coached over 4,000 instructors across the globe. He was the original pioneer who introduced Les Mills to the Middle East in 1998 and was also a former Master Trainer for the world renowned group fitness phenomenon.
Nathan is the founder and creator of TOA (The Warrior Athlete) which is a high intensity program and JUNGLE, an outdoor and indoor group training concept. He is also a dedicated wellness and health coach and believes our life journey starts with sound parental guidance.
His mantra is simple: Eat nutritious food with real value, move your body more than you sit, create happiness for yourself when ever possible!

Justen is a dedicated, passionate and driven fitness enthusiast with 11 years of experience in the fitness industry, working in various exclusive and top health clubs in South Africa and Dubai.
Since most of his professional career was spent in the fitness industry, as a company owner, Justen combined his experience and knowledge to help fellow fitness professionals have an opportunity to build their career abroad. Headhunted by a recruitment agency years ago, Justen points out his positive experience in the process: “Inspired by the recruitment company that found a job for me and helped in the onboarding process in what was my first job overseas, I wanted to set up a business that will instill security and trust and help fitness professionals in such an important step in their life. Deciding to work abroad and stepping out of the security of home is such an important decision. I wanted to be the link between the wish and opportunity, by creating a process that is coated with security.”
A decision was made, and he had become a specialist in recruiting for all fitness positions when he founded the Fit Staff Recruitment company in 2020. The company’s mission is to identify and help fitness professionals with their ideal fitness job.

As a young boy Uros was interested in learning about the world around him and how he could help future generations. Invisible for untrained eye, but essentially the way how things function was his focus of interest. Wanting to save the environment for the future generations he enrolled at the University of Novi Sad where he studied Environmental Engineering. This is where he first met with the innovations, new ways of problem solving, and technology application in everyday life.
After graduating from the University, he discovered his biggest passion: web development and SEO management. He dedicated most of his time developing his skills and knowledge about his newly found passion. Long hours of problem solving, analytical approach and creative thinking are in the essence of both. The results are visually clear to everyone, yet the mechanism of creation and the design of things is known to only few. Uros is one of them.
In 2018, Uros took further and co-founded a company for Website development and Digital Marketing called Digital Circle. Through his company he expanded his network and aimed to reach further. Lately Uros and his team have expanded their offering and begin to create e-commerce platforms.
Through sophisticated e-commerce platforms creation that he specialized in, he helps businesses to place their products and enter the market. Understanding clients’ expectations and providing bespoke functionality though website while strategically incorporate the best practice through UI/UX is his “trademark”.

Clients describe Dragan as creative individual who designs attractive, nice, and functional brand visuals that are innovative and, often, exceed expectations. Since early childhood Dragan was attracted to drawing, painting and photography. His passion grew further as he has been discovering more about the art through high school and later through his studies at the university.
After graduation from the University of Novi Sad, at the Faculty of Technical Sciences, he earned a MSc degree in Graphic Engineering and Design. He specialized in elements of Brand Identity that includes visual corporate identity, marketing visuals, application of design in printing, logo design, overall branding, website design, and 3D modelling.
His qualification and knowledge Dragan applied in dozens of projects. His process of creation starts with exploration: understanding client’s vision for the brand, product and service offering, personality of the brand and target market.
Constant innovations in IT industry and new trend in technology related designs are the reasons for his continuous learning and research.
